The breakfast is good with yogurt and waffles, for example, lots to choose from. All the staff members are accommodating and amicable. The hotel has a convenient and absolutely perfect location for an event in that area. It's nestled in a very nicely decorated building near Minneapolis for business, and different stores and restaurants.

The GM here has horrible customer service skills. Perhaps if she were fired this property would flourish. I felt bad for her staff.

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was very good for American standards. Every day changing hot dishes and either plastic garbage or real dishes and cutlery. There was always someone in the breakfast room to refill and clean. Unfortunately I could not use the swimming pool due to lack of time.
I had a room in front of the I694, and it was quite loud.
